New Dutch to New Jobs!

EXPERIENCE the POWER of CONNECTION, New Dutch to New Jobs! Over the past few months, 20 enthusiastic IMPROVERS have worked to train, help and guide 10 status holders with a background in and/or affinity for Finance & Data into work and learning positions in this field.

Together with New Dutch Connections, IMPROVEN developed a practical course with various professional sessions (including Finance Projects, PowerBI Dashboarding) as well as coaching and training in social skills. After all, the Netherlands has many unwritten rules and organisations appreciate good preparation and a good personal story, which not everyone can pull off. A kick-off, matching meeting, various substantive sessions, coaching and coffee moments between the participants and their Improven buddies and, of course, the festive closing with presentation of certificates.
